Tfl is responsible for buses, taxis, Tramlink, Underground, Docklands Light Railway, London River Services and the Overground network. Our task was to devise an accessibility guide, with reference to all the modes, that describes the ups and downs of getting around London.

We needed to condense a large amount of very detailed information into bite sized chunks, for the travelling public to digest. The challenge was to relate the relevant complex detail in a clear and easy-to-use way so it didn't get left in the 'too hard' pile.
